Returns policyIn the odd case that you do not love your Stello products, here is our policy on returns:
1. We aim to process all orders without damaged with proper packaging of wooden box.
2. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should what'sapp on 9354007627 us a photo/vedio of the damaged product with the item Code within 48 hours of receiving your order.
3. The Stello Care team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed upon time.
4. Once your return has been approved, we will provide supply of the broken part to you.
