Returns & Conditions | We have no-question ask return policy. You will be charged 15% of re-stocking fees on the invoiced MRP. Contact us at support@stellolightstudio.com or +91 62394 38077 for a response within 24 hours. Please return items in original packaging with all accessories intact. Kindly return the product(s) to our warehouse. Customer will be responsible for transportation or courier charges. |
Refund Process & Timelines | Stello the light studio Company will conduct verification and checks on returned products for legitimacy. It takes 5 to 7 working days for us to process the refund when we receive the same in good condition. |
Product Exchange Guidelines | For damaged/defective/incorrect products, contact customer service via email at support@stellolightstudio.com within 48 hours of delivery with uncut 1 shot opening video. If you receive a broken or non-working product, please share an unboxing video of the article with us. Any issues with the product must be raised within 48 hours of delivery for a 100% product replacement for FREE of cost. Product issues reported after one 48 hours from delivery will not be entertained for replacement. Microscopic defects that are not visible when the products are installed will not be entertained. |

However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth resolution: Reporting Timeline You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Reports made after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for replacement or return. Mandatory Proof Requirement To process your request, we require a complete unboxing video as proof. This video must: * Start video before opening the outermost packaging. * Be recorded in one continuous shot without cuts or edits * Clearly show the unboxing process, the product condition, and the defect or issue * Videos that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for claims. How to Report * Email us at support@stellolightstudio.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. * Subject line: Damaged/Incorrect Product – [Order Number] * Attach the unboxing video and describe the issue clearly. Once we review and verify the issue, our customer service team will guide you through the resolution process, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the case. |
