Q. Do you ship internationally?

 

A. We ship from our warehouses in India. No, Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this point but are working hard to bring this service soon.

 

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

 

A. All orders are shipped within three working days of placing the order, and it typically takes another 2 to 10 working days for the order to reach you based on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an Email or SMS notification with the courier and tracking details so that you can track your order online. 

 

The user will also be provided with an approximate date of delivery with the tracking details. The estimated date of delivery is solely an approximation by the carrier. We shall not be liable for delay in delivery by third party Logistic Partners. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.

 

Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

 

A. It will take upto three business days.

A. You can place an order from India. We ship all across India.

A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.

A. We do not sell our customer's information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts. 

Q. Do I have to pay for shipping?

A. We offer free shipping across India for all prepaid orders. For cash on delivery orders, a nominal handling fee will be added during checkout.
